Although I support some notion of Univeral Health Care, my interest is not that of an ideologue, but instead I focus on how it financially could be done. In this page I look at an alternative means of bringing it online, not via a federal-based approach, but instead via at first a confederation of states, largely to show to all states how it can be made to work fairly and from there get the needed citizen buy-in.
